Personally, I love drinking coffee, and I drink coffee 3 times a day. Some peoples say it's not a good habit to drink coffee. But as a coffee drinker, I find no problem to this day. so I tried to research a bit about coffee and am presenting what I found.

Additionally, pregnant women and individuals with certain health conditions such as high blood pressure, anxiety disorders, and heart disease may need to avoid or limit their coffee intake.

It’s important to note that coffee affects each person differently, so it’s essential to pay attention to your body’s reaction to caffeine and adjust your intake accordingly. As with any food or beverage, moderation is key to reap the potential health benefits without experiencing negative effects.
