Is Swastik Specific to religion?
No, Swastik symbols are not specific to any religion though they have been branded to be specific to some religions like Hinduism. But the truth is Swastik finds its root in various cultures. As shown below image, the Swastik symbol is found in different parts of the world in different heritage sites dating 2000 years back. It can also be found in Ethiopian heritage constructed some 2000 years back. Hence we can say that somehow our ancestors having lived in different parts of got enlightened about the swastik symbol and have used it as a symbol showing their culture and heritage.
